Good day! I hope someone here notice my message and can be of help...

Our i129f was case approved, i also have the nvc and eligibility letter. My prob is my fiance and i still waited sometime due to some predicaments until we noticed that our i129f will expire by August 24. I felt horrible! I still dont set any schedule for my medical exam and embassy interview. Will that be a big prob if i present them an expired i129f with our manila case on it? Or we can appeal for an extension and how?

Please someone help!

I see you are Manila .. Validity of the petition will be extended up to one year automatically at the embassy in the Philippines.. RELAX.    No need to contact the embassy.

For NVC you will want to email them to request your case file #, info here:  https://www.visaconnection-philippines.com/nvc.html

Jump over to the Philippines forum for info on the process there:  https://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/129-philippines/

Here is a link to the process in Manila:   https://www.visaconnection-philippines.com/us-embassy-usem.html

Lastly   :time:  and update your profile to show visa type and country
