Nvc stage

Good morning

recently I got approval on my I-30,now waiting for welcome letter from nvc,how many days it will take to receive the welcome letter from nvc.i worked in Saudi,one of my friend got Saudi Pcc missing checklist,I obtained one before he left,i don have it,because I left the country before 5 years back,” I know it’s unavailable for third country nationals”if nvc ask what can I upaload in place of Saudi Pcc,please guide me,I have noc,experience certificate and employment certificate from Saudi

as for the PCC, the answer you got before is still valid.

You maybe stuck in AP for a while if you indicate that you lived in Saudi Arabia for a while with being able to supply the PCC

I already email to us embassy and they told me,as it is unavailable it is not required and they sent me the reciprocity link

Am talking about their website,it clearly telling,if a document is unavailable it is not required,and Saudi will not give Pcc if they are not legal residents,I have my noc from my employer

Understood. I am saying people who have resided in more “high risk” countries sometimes undergo longer administrative processing

But what can I do?i tried my best to obtain Pcc from Saudi,nvc states it’s unavailable and I wrote email to us embassy they told,as it is unavailable not required(from dos website),I wrote email to Saudi embassy,they are not replying,I have no difficulty to obtain Pcc from Bahrain,I don know what to do,am in nvc stage now
