Hello, 

I am a Us Citizen and i’m currently pregnant with twins i will be delivering At 37 weeks. I have not been working for over two months 

Is it possible i can get an expedite for pregnancy since i won’t be able to return to work right away 

If So What are ways u can prove severe financial loss

Pregnancy is not cause for expedite with USCIS. At the consulate stage, some may or may not be more willing to get a quicker appointment, or to get front-of-line access on interview day.

Certain severe medical complications can be cause for expedite.

Not sure on how the severe financial loss comes into play here due to immigration.

 

That said, there is nothing preventing you from requesting an expedite. I just wouldn't personally hold my breath...it's not an unusual circumstance during processing and people have been trying it as far back as I can remember.

Hope for the best, be prepared for the worst.

Since you are a K1 petitioner there isn't any "benefit" of a financial loss request that you can justify since you fiancee can not work until the EAD or Green Card is approved. 

 

You are free to try but then once you get married and file the AOS packet you will need to expedite again assuming he has a job offer.

October 27, 2018 Green Card received 

October 29, 2018 Applied for Social Security Card - November 5, 2018 Social Security Card received

November 6th, 2018 State ID Card Received, Applied for Global Entry - Feb 8,2019 Approved.

July 14, 2020 Removal of Conditions submitted by mail  July 12, 2021 Biometrics Completed

I am a firm believe in expediting, I see the issue here is that you are swooping you being able to work with him being able to work so that might be an ask. Do you have a Joint Sponsor?
