So all the attorneys who are warning/educating people about this rule are spreading a myth? I have lost faith in immigration attorneys from now on.

Come on dude, the word rule was literally in quotation marked in YOUR own post.

Yes. Blind faith in attorneys is never a good idea.

Blind faith in anything is not good. And that is just one attorney I shared the clip of, there are many others who have said the same thing about the so called 90-day rule. I'm aware that some attorneys do scare people to seek their consultation, which of course is not free but If we people knew each and everything about immigration then we won't need the help of attorneys. If this 90-day rule is a myth then whoever applies for AOS right after their entry will find out for themselves. To each his own.

Well, I didn't know this was still being perpetuated. During my AOS interview prior to obtaining my Green Card the IO stated that there is no such rule for USCIS to follow and that the merits of the case speak for themselves. If you didn't enter a sham marriage and all is above board, I wouldn't even give it a second thought.

Be prepared for the eternal waiting game. Be prepared for average news.
