Help! Has anyone made this dumb mistake? I finally sent in the I-129F and checked everything thrice before I mailed it off to the California Service Center. But I discovered that I only sent in 1 passport photo each of me and my fiance!!! Will this delay the process a lot? Should I just send it to them now or wait until they send me something that says they need the other photos? I'm beating myself over the head because of this... so stupid of me! Any advice or experience would be much appreciated. Thanks everyone!

Are you referring to the evidence pics? Cos I only sent in one passport pic also one of me and one of him. Did I get that wrong?

I feel a lot better. I think I did it right. I read the instructions again for the I-129F and I see they really are only asking for 1 photo each. But geez! Why does it seem everyone is sending in two passport photos each? so confusing! Anyways, now I just wait like everyone else.... crossing fingers and toes. Thanks for the help everyone!

Maybe you just confused it with the evidence pics,or the pics that are needed for the medical and interview later?!?!?

I suppose more is better than less, but I read the instructions again for the I-129F and they're really only asking for one photo each:

"Give USCIS a passport-style color photograph of yourself and a passport-style color photograph of yourfiancé(e), with both photos taken within 30 days of thedate of filing this petition."

Phew!!! Anyways, I'm waiting for that check to be cashed and then I'm in the clear until they ask me for the I-134... SOMEONE HIRE ME ALREADY!

You'll need another passport picture at the time of your medical interview - and another for packet 3 - and at least another for the interview.

Wow, they sure do like us, right?

Oh yea, my husband sent 4 when he applied for his work permit and his green card.

As of June 2007 - I contacted USCIS and asked this question. The I-120F instructions state: "Pass Port Style Photo of One Each." This is regarding Petition for K-1 Visa. The General Information list it as Two Photos but I asked for them to check and they verified the I-129F instructions as; "Pass Port Style Photo of One Each."

You should be ok if this is regarding a Petition for K-1 Visa. The beneficiary will need 4-additional photos for the next step.

It's all meaningless if you haven't a clue as to what living is really about.

At life's core it comes down to one simple value to measure true success: The quality of your love and your ability for others to love you. That's it.

I heard it best in a song that always stuck with me; "Loving is really living, without you ain't living. Just getting up each day and moving around".
