Hi guys. Have anyone encountered situation , on the site case online status is "Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview." I decided to give a call and listen to the status of the case on the answering machine. But the voice bot  said that he could not find my case or any other information. What does it mean?

It means exactly what it states.  The service center had completed its review and will now forward to your local office for an interview to be scheduled sometime in the future

Nothing.

The phone system is rubbish. Had the same issue with my AOS. If u press a button and hold for 30 minutes somebody will tell you the same info you see on the web.

Thanks for the answer. I  was wonder, why when I putted case number for ead the voice bot said me status, but for aos - we can’t found this case and any information

You are welcome.

Don't worry about it. I waited once, the person on the phone said it will update once in 30 days or something and there are two systems and they are trying to sync it up and bla bla bla. It always said the same for the AOS. Gladly the websites were updating.
