You pay the visa fee at the consulate on the day of your interview.

If you have not already done so, you need to contact the consulate online using the contact form to request an interview date.

was the last payment for a tourist visa?

as the tourist visa is paid that way

for K1 you can pay in person at embassy (USD or Moroccan DH)

for the K1 after the embassy schedules your interview,  you will need to have the medical exam and the 2 criminal reports (a Fiche Anthropometrique and a Casier Judiciaire from the Central Police station at their place of residence.)   do not do these till told of interview as you need to be travel within 6 months of the medical and 1 of the criminal reports is only good for 90 days

they  will also need her last statement of income from a list on the I 134 and you will need copy of the I 134

any other documents as required by embassy will be told to applicant in the notice of interview letter

BTW  Morocco is several months behind in scheduling interviews for K1 visa
