My fiancé and I got our NOA2 approval on June 17,2019. Our package has yet to make it to NVC and I called USCIS today and they stated they haven’t sent the package yet. Has anyone else had this issue before ? We are at the end and honestly becoming a little inpatient someone help please.

It can take up to even 8 weeks now I think, 6 weeks is around the average. It took us 5,5 weeks in between USCIS and NVC

You just have to take a deep breath and try to relax.  There will be tons of waiting in the immigration process.  Once you get past the NVC, you have to wait for the consulate.   Then you have to wait for the visa, then get married get the marriage certificate and the file the AOS.  Your spouse won't be able to work and then waits for the EAD and AP and then the Green Card.   Wait again to ROC and finally citizenship if that is what is what is wanted.

You learn a lot about patience.

Count as a blessing you got thru USCIS for now.

It took us 90 days for the NVC to get the case. I would recommend asking them when they physically sent the package to NVC after the 6 week mark has passed.

If it took 90 days. Didn’t you NOA2 expire by the time you went for the interview ? I just don’t want that to expire and for all of this to of gone to waste because USCIS didn’t send my file. I’m just shocked we got approved in 3 months but sending the file would take just as long.

The NOA2 is valid for one year. Embassies have the desecration to extend the v date 4 months at a time. I surprised this hasn't come out in your reading and the research your doing. It's been discussed in many threads.
