Translation of vaccinations?

Hi,

I have an interview at UCSIS for AOS (work based). I went to my first medical appointment and they asked me to have an "official" translation of my health book on which I have the vaccination records.

Can I make the translation and add some sort of certification? I did a translation, but they want something more official looking. I really don't want to spend a lot of time finding someone to have 3 pages translated. Any ideas?

Thank you!

You can tell them you don't have anything. They will run a blood test, which will tell them what vaccines you have and what you need.

I believe if they will give you all the vaccinations per US requirement for that age if no record is given.

You can use some online translation services who do it cheap.

I probably didn't explain my issue correctly.

I have the vaccination records, but they are in a different language. I made a translation, but they want an "official" translation and not my translation. Can I attach something to my translation or does it have to be a translation by a certified translator or something like that? This is only for the civil surgeon, not for USCIS.

Google for translation services online, they provide such services at a reasonable price. While uscis doesn’t need professional translation, if a civil surgeon is asking for it, just provide one.
