I am from MP in India and my state provide marriage certificate in both language side by side for each line.

So for example if first line says "GOVERNMENT OF MADHYA PRADESH, INDIA" then second line says "मध्य प्रदेश शासन, भारत" .

The name comes like this...

GROOM NAME / वर का नाम : Mr./श्री V K

.

.

.

MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE ISSUED DATE /  􀍪ववाह प्रमाण पत्र जार􀈣 करने क􀈧 􀇓त􀍬थ : June 05, 2019

So it have both language in one certificate, should i get this marriage certificate translated in pure English only and send with the I-130? Or it is acceptable the way it is, i am afraid what if that one immigration officer which looks at the certificate and think there is additional information in Hindi language which he is not able to understand and issue a RFE for the translation.

No need.  You translate documents NOT in English.  This one already is in English...and Hindi.
