Question Regarding Birth Certificate

Timeline

for filing out the I-129f packet do i need a scan of both my passport and birth certificate? I Have both I only ask because I have 2 middle names and my last name is cut off in my birth  certificate , where as I just have one middle name on my passport. would this be a problem?

For proof of citizenship only one or the other is required

As with all evidence submitted to the USCIS,  a legible photocopy of the original or certified copy unless an original is  SPECIFICALLY requested
