Issued Visa when to pick up?

My mom has her Visa issued . I haven't got any email . When should she pick up? It says is been printed.

This is consulate specific. Did they not specify at the interview?

She was required more documents and dropped the documents on the drop off box they only told her she will get an email . After a month of waiting she got the Issued and No email for when to pick up.

Have your mother got her passport back?  I was on issue the same day and have not received mines

Yes. They sent an email 2 days later saying passport is ready to pick up. 

 

You can also Check on the page if passport are ready to pick up.  Sometimes emails are late.

Which page can we check if it's ready for pick up? is there a way to track the shippiment?
