Now maybe I am just plain dim, but I do not understand my MIL and her reverse mortgage. She tired for ages to sell the house, but it didn't happen. So it went into pre-foreclosure, and as of yesterday foreclosure.

She's  been emailing all the people in her address book, telling them she hates to see the house auctioned off in a mortgage sale, and "it's not fair that they will get the profits, not me".  She's asking them to buy the house for more than the thing is worth, and telling them that they will 'get the difference".  Its as thought she does not understand that she had to pay back that money if she moved out, or sell it to pay it back. It was a debt, not free money.

As she got more on the reverse mortgage than the house is presently going for, where are these 'profits" she expects to gain? Seems to me her lender is losing money. The bank owns the place now anyway, but I think it is really burning her biscuits that her house is plastered all over town as Bank Owned Mortgage sale, borrower in default.

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

The Tornado is pretty much the same. Now with her being 8 she likes things like the phone and computer. Taking things away and making her earn them back is the only way. Give an inch she takes a mile.

Yes summer does bring the crazy out. Our pool is my life saver. They can go 4 hours non stop in there and leave me alone. Well sorta I have to be in it or next to it but it's close enough.

Same with my kids. The only thing that ever worked was depriving them of something they had to have.  I took the youngest sons keyboard to work in the boot of my car until he cleaned up his room. He was also the champion door slammer, and that cost him his bedroom door for a week. I took if off the hinges and put it in the basement.  I don't play stupid kid tricks either.

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

My sister chucked her baton at my brother once and left a hole in the door. Door was removed.  Mom didnt play. Lmao

I think I might have tired to do in the sister next to me in age, so about to have a birthday and be the same age as I am until the end of August.  I can barely remember it, am told that it was three months after my 3rd birthday, but I do know I was using a mustard tin, one of those rectangular ones, to make bricks out of snow, sort of the winter version of making sandcastles. She tried to take it from me. I actually slashed her face with it, across the bridge of her nose and both eyelids. Lucky thing for us both I didn't blind her. I remember seeing a lot of blood on the snow, and finding myself suddenly airborne. That would be my Mum yanking me into the air, so as to get better aim and my backside.

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

My mom had deadly aim at the back of your calves with a switch. I could out run her, but she nailed me with that switch every time. Then when I got older she would back hand me in the mouth until one day she couldn't reach that high. Ha ha ha. I think I told her if she ever did that again she wouldn't like the outcome. That was the last time corporal punishment was ever attempted.

The Polish broads are departing the US.

I hope they had a wonderful trip.

They're flying Polandia Air.

Their bags are overweight, so the airline paid them for the extra weight...

Had to call town again today because neighbors still haven't mowed their back lawn.

Their lawn mower is in working order, since they did the front last week. If it wasn't they could you know, buy a new one or ask for help.

The young lady living there is perfectly capable, she's about 20.

I explicitly asked them this week to do it, still not done.

The owner will be back tomorrow to talk about the damages, but I don't see it going well. Apparently they don't believe that we deserve their house insurance info, because then we can "get whatever we want."

🤬

I'm hoping she is planning on selling.

The house owner for the rental on the other side might be too. He popped by a few days ago. He told us the renter built some structure about a foot onto our property and took out my mother's bushes without permission.   That is news to me, but I guess we have about a foot more property than I thought we did. The old fence was built inside the property line.

I'd buy both if we could.

3/2/18  E-filed N-400 under 5 year rule

7/2019-12/2019 (Yes, 16- 21 months) Estimated time to interview MSP office.
