What do I do next after I receive the k1 Visa application approval. I sent it on March 1 2019 & I received the approval letter on May 25 2019. I'm totally surprised I received approval so fast.

Texas

Nope.   Texas doesn't do i129f.  Check your case number,  if it starts with WAC then it is California

YMMV
