Hi all, my first time here hoping for some answer about my mother’s petition.

She received an interview letter from NVC for interview in Manila, Philippines but I noticed it’s missing her middle name. I did file for her DS-260 without her middle name because I did not know that you supposed to put it together with the given name. But since her passport have middle name will this be an issue during her interview? Will they even let her in given that her passport have middle name and her interview letter doesnt? Please need some advice on what to do.

And also, the visa center in Manila sent me an email that they reviewed her case and documents that she need to bring. But then for some reason there is a middle name there but middle name that she used when she wasnt married yet. Not the middle name that I applied on her i-130 form.

The middle name in the visa should match the middle name in the passport. Try to get it corrected the interview.

If after the passport is collected with the visa, if the names don’t match, you are then gambling that the airline and each connection accepts the visa. And then gambling at point of entry that CBP admits the visa holder.
