My husband moved to another state while we were waiting for NOA2 he requested change of add through inquiry page only.im not sure however as our case was at USCis at that time.

This won't hold up in congress.

We heard similar things when extreme vetting was being brought in but it did go into effect and no one has still questioned on the explicit undefined time line it carries.

Lets see what happens to it in the house and then Congress.

This policy won't hold as is  and will take years to go into affect.

Extreme vetting already existed, especially since 9/11 the current administration just boosted it with this DS. And social media check etc was already in practice during obama era.

This immigration policy plans to eliminate family based immigration and sticken h1b visas. They want to give out visas based on merit and skill. And that is why it won't hold up in congress and majority Democrats will definitely vote against it

Tell your son to write a letter address to embassy, requesting change of  address, print it out and signed at the bottom. And take it to courier and ask if they can deliver it or take it to TCS and mail it. Another option  is fax that letter in case courier asking too much money. Make sure in the letter he mention his case number, dob, principle applicant name (you) and petitioner name.

Luckily I did the same thing already 🙂

I just read the article I agree for it to go into effect might not practically be possible not saying impossible  though but still believe they're talking about the applications from my understanding most people have got their applications or petitions approved they're just doing the vetting which is delaying the visa issuance for people here don't know what's going to happen to the applications at USCIS
