If you aren’t able to glean anything more .. and that seems to be where you are right now .. at least the interview will be face to face with a person who has the authority to decide ... yes, you may come away from the interview with a 221g.. more information documents etc needed ... but you will finally know what and how ! And hopefully the completion tasks,  if any, will  be easy and quick.

it seems your only option is focussing on the interview. Have copies and originals of all documents already sent .. plus whatever new ones you were asked to provide 

You face so any other challenges in your part of the world .. I’m sorry this is adding to it even more 

You can still upload additional documents to CEAC when your case is at your Consulate. I did that just last week (AOS and Civil documents) - and instead of NVC reviewing your documents, the consulate does it.
