N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

 

Now a US citizen!

common spelling mistake for some who pronounce it like "leaving" - see it a lot in the part of the world I come from

 

Yes, it still takes anywhere from a few months to a year to become a citizen after filing for naturalization.

OP's green card appears to be about a year old, so got some time before n400 eligibility

No, they will be LPRs so unable to file for a married child until they are citizens, (5+ years) then there is a 13+ year waiting time = 18 or more years. Definitely faster for her to file especially as it will be about a year even before her parents get their immigrant visas to begin with.
