Yes, but the DPV is the killer piece missing as that can relate it back to an actual address (it's general the first 2 digits of the street address, but reverse lookups with the other info are possible).

10/24/18: Green card produced notice, 10/25/18: Formal approval, 10/31/18: Green card received

Those definitely look like some version of I-797 NOA form. The Valid bit was on our 129F NOA2 for sure. Hopefully weather is nice on that lawn.

Looks like the card will be here today or tomorrow. Will post a photo of the envelope when it arrives. Pretty quick, approval on 5-01-2019, card arrives a week later. Actually only 5 days since I received NOA 2 for EAD and AP.
