UPLOADING DOCUMENTS TO CEAC.STATE.GOV ISSUE

Is anyone else expierencing issue with uploading financial doc. and civil docs to ceac.state.gov.  I cant upload any of my financial documents at the moment

If you’re still experiencing issues then the files may be too large. If that’s the case then try compressing them. There are many websites you can use online to compress files.

I know that already.  no need to use website u can download adobe scan app and use your phone to scan and adjust dpi.

it take me days to upload them and i call they say they will check why i couldnt upload my file it was really hard.

what number do you use, because ive been trying to contact them for weeks. also i have no issue uploading my documents
