Try using a computer and not a phone to do payment,  you can try paying same way you did when you paid for your daughter and yourself.

Ok it opened on laptop by here's what it says

So you will do a money order then and send the receipt to them by mail or what did they ask precisely? Don't forget to write your infos on a separate piece of paper and include in the mail. Case number, name, dob etc. Goodluck.

They just said if you can't pay online that's the only option here. They could have merged the cases, but because my daughters is now ir-2 they can't. I asked my husband to call once again today to make sure there's no way to avoid mail pay.
