You dont need to write a letter or really anything, when she gets her medical exam she needs to state she is pregnant so they dont give her all the shots and xray. Then if the baby is born before going to the usa, you can expect them to require a DNA test if they have any doubt you are not the father, and the can have any reason to doubt it. Trust me i know 🙂 It cost me about 1k for the testing and as expected i was the father 🙂 Good luck
