I got mine on 4/4 and it works when I copy and paste both numbers directly to log in. 

I’m thinking maybe 

1. Error in typing either one of the number?

or 

2. System error / data error and you will need to contact NVC as mentioned.

Yeah 😊 I had to wait a little while. I can't believe we've heard from them. It's kinda crazy to think this part is in our control.
