Yeah they obviously don't think they believe your x-husbands death certificate. The only other time I have heard of someone getting a second interview from the USEM that person got denied. So I am wishing you the best of luck.

Not familiar with my case?

YMMV

I'm leaning toward the reason for the second interview is to clarify some additional questions that the CO has. Nobody knows what they are. If the DC that you sent in on your deceased husband is not an a certified copy or original, then I would get a copy of one that is to bring with you. As it is you are not denied. Go with an open mind. Be confident and you should be ok. Just my opinion.

I would try to think positive, if they were going to deny it, they could just send a letter and be done, why waste someone's time ( but, this is the government). I think more information as others have stated, or an approval. Of course I'm a glass half full type of person.

Here on a K1? Need married and a Certificate in hand within a few hours? I'm here to help. Come to Vegas and I'll marry you Vegas style!!   Visa Journey members are always FREE for my services. I know the costs involved in this whole game of immigration, and if I can save you some money I will!

If the information that was submitted was sufficient to approve,  they would have approved.   They still have questions that they want answers too before they are satisfied

YMMV

How are we suppose to know?

Soooooo I think the whole POINT of them asking is to see if anyone else has had a similar experience in case you took it literally.... :secret:
