I sent my package April 9th, I did priority mail, certified mail, returned receipt... you name it!

and still hasn’t arrived

I think I regret sending certified now...

I sent two packages to Texas, one to a friend and she received it today! And then this one nothing...

I sent mine just regular Priority Mail (no certified, no returned receipt) and had no issues. Try calling USPS? I'm afraid that might be the only option at this point...

I called and of course like usual...

they are not able to give me any other information aside from what I can see on the tracking.

Oh that's super annoying. Sounds like their customer service has gone downhill. I was the recipient of a package that went awry once and they were able to give at least some updates on what happened when I called in, but that was about 5 years ago.
