Pictures of boarding passes should be fine as is the rest of the things you listed. Do not forget those 2 letters of intent. OKCupid is well known, though I don't think including their TOS would hurt anything.

I submitted only photos from my phone of boarding passes too (only photos of everything really, lodging receipts, purchase receipts, etc. No originals)  and had no problems if that helps

I've seen on this site a post about a RFE that called for signed letters of support from family members. What we did was send one without being asked to avoid such a RFE. And it is not some bogus affidavit. It's a letter by a direct family member, you know someone who would not want you to commit Visa Fraud. In our case it was my fiance's mother and grandmother

Look, it is not a requirement.  Please do not go about scaring people into thinking it is.  I highly doubt the RFE was issued at the petition level.  Embassy?  Definitely possible.  But the petition requirements are generic, simple, and the same for everyone.  The embassy is where things like that become a possible issue.

I never claimed it to be a requirement. I was trying to say that thinking AHEAD can potentially spare you an RFE that could stress a petitioner and cause delays. There is no harm in being proactive about it. Because the K-1 Visa isn't a straightforward "get the requirements and you're good" process. It can be very unpredictable at times and, in my honest opinion, it is far better to be ahead of the process rather than reacting to whatever demands they might have.
