Ir5 over a year and no interview scheduled

Hello,

Hopefully somebody here can help me. It has been over a year since I submitted all the paperwork for my mother to come live with me in the US.

The last letter/email I received from NVC was on 09/11/2018 telling me she was in the queue to get her interview (this is for Mexico). But since then I have not received any other update.

What can I do?, she is elderly and this is giving me so much stress, and I don't know what to do.
Thank you!

Call NVC and see if the interview has been scheduled

I have, and they said it had not. But it has now been over a year since I originally filed.

Keep calling ... I do not know how long the queue is for the Mexican Consulate interviews ..

No need to call. Mexico is 8 to 9 month wait after case complete for interview.

Here is the spreadsheet come join the case Complete to Interview thread.

So the 8-9 month wait is AFTER they emailed me saying my mom is in the queue to get her interview?, I thought it was no more than 90 days, and no more than 1 year total after original submission. (Thank you for the spreadsheet, I'll join it).

Based on the 3 latest Mexico entries on the spreadsheet (excluding ours as a DCF) it is about 280 days between case complete and interview.  DCF does not go thru NVC.
