Probably impeachable, but again, impeachment is purely a political nuclear option, and heck, he would be gone soon thanks to the 22nd Amendment, why create all the poetical theatre.  Short of a president committing an actual crime (like Clinton), I doubt we will see impeachment anytime soon.  That being said, it doesn't negate some of the actions President Obama did.

i doubt the 22nd was even thought of as an option

i agree with you though, impeachment would never happen, i would go further and say even if there were an actual crime, it would never happen because those sorts of things tend to get people to circle the wagons

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).
