I believe we were in the same room as you, we had our interview a couple after you.
If it's just a request for the correct birth certificate, you should be fine. If it checks out its all good. If there was something else they would have denied you then and there, or asked for more proof on something. They're just following procedure. : >

Our interview was pretty quick too, (only 3-4 mins)  with a few questions asked. I thought it'd be much more than it was, but it was pretty casual and the CO was nice.

It sounds positive. But I wouldn’t get too excited until passport is back with the visa. My interview was in Sydney. I got asked a bunch of questions which I was prepared for and at the end he didn’t say ‘congratulations’ just ‘everything looks in order’. I know he said ‘congratulations, you’re approved’ to other people so it made me wonder but about 2 weeks later I got my passport and visa back 👍🏻 submit what you need to and keep an eye on your CEAC tracking,

Hi Snuffles.  2 weeks for passport and visa?  Did you have other documents to provide?  I interview 30 April and was trying to work out a suitable time to travel after approval of course.  Didn't realise it could take up to 2 weeks to get visas and passports back.

Yep. 2 weeks exactly. But it varies, some get it even the next week.

But No, I didn’t have to provide anything extra. They do say it takes at least 10 business days.

Thanks Snuffles.  Good to know.  Wish you all the best and congratulations!
