OP

since you are free to use computer

this is the US embassy number for emergencies in Morocco

If you have any other questions, please e-mail acscasablanca@state.gov.  For urgent inquiries only, you may reach us at +212 (0)522-64-20-99 between 2:00pm and 4:00pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

as you can see from many posters,  you are young and we can say there are concerns

I mentioned before you only can stay 90 days

but this i found on US embassy Morocco site

In accordance with the provisions of Moroccan Law 02-03 related to the entry and stay of foreigners in Morocco, non-resident foreign nationals (foreign nationals not in possession of a Moroccan residency card), both those from countries subject to the visa requirement to enter Morocco and those exempted, must present at the port of entry a return ticket as well as evidence of sufficient resources to support themselves during their stay in Morocco.

Morocco rules are laws and you need to obey these

I still say i hope there is family to help you back here /sorry gf but you do need it

The OP is a minor and lacks legal capacity in most venues.

She has been given objective advice about immediate situations.

She should study the Guides for K-1 and CR-1, and as many Casablanca Consulate reviews as possible.

It's not particularly prudent for adult strangers to offer recommendations other than to point out objective factors.

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

she will soon be out of status in morocco as , was said earlier ,  her passport is about to expire

she says she travels now every 90 days to go out and back in to satifsfy the 90 day visa part but without that passport , she will not be able to

so, she needs to know the US embassy number and when to call to "at least renew the passport"

I am soon going home to get my papers and coming back

i know I was very confusing in my last posts and didn’t give much details

im not in danger I know what I’m doing I was just stressed about the visas and the process

i didn’t run away I was put in a very tough position

i have my  diploma when I go back I have a place to stay

my WHOLE family knows about my fiancé and are okay because if I’m grown enough to go to a different country to be safe from my  terrible Mother I’m grown enough to make my own decisions

my problems are with my parents but they give me my space and let me make my decisions

So no I don’t need to call the embassy IM  GOOD I KNOW WHERE IS EMBASSY AND THE NUMBER BUT I DONT NEED IT

i talk to my family everyday

My reason coming here was to find out advice and tips for the K1 but now after a lot of wonderful people spoke to me I’m doing the CR1

MY FAMILY WILL SUPPORT ME IN ANY WAY THEY CAN

My problem lies with my father because he doesn’t want to give my  certificate out even when I was with my mom in Qatar for extra schooling he didn’t want to give my documents

so i just need CR1 advice and helpful tips on making a smooth marriage in Morocco

not  parenting advice I don’t want to sound Mean but that’s not what I need right now and that’s not what I asked

thanks

I am not sure I would have participated if I had known the full details at the start, looking into the situation now and considering what I do not know and what I may have suspicion about best to leave it alone.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”
