Legal Permanent Resident. That means you are still legally bind to them. Doesn't matter who they are married to or what they are trying to do or not do. You are still bound by the i-864 until they either become US citizens or have over 40 work credits. That means for this next fiancee of yours, you must overcome the poverty line of 5 people (unless you have children or other people to support which adds it up). 

 

An attorney cannot help you override the I-864.

Also looks like you are bringing women her for immigration purposes, not for a true relationship. Expect lots of scrutiny as this will be your fourth one and two of the last three are LPRs thanks to you.

I don’t really understand the hurry with this new one? Why so busy getting her here? 

Sounds like you have a lot of vacation of possibilities to leave work for a longer time so maybe you could travel more than just one time more to see her? Really get to know who she is and if she is the right one for you and you for her? Also I would look in to the CR-1/IR-1 visa instead of a K-1 because of so many you already have had they will ask a lot of questions.

So like a month and a week MAX, but probably a good three weeks after being ghosted.

Sounds like you're just shopping for ladies, bringing ladies over for favors, or you have a type and are just going for it.

You know there's a point where USCIS can deny the visa applicant because they don't feel the applicant will be in a safe place? They don't have to straight up say that, but they can just do a basic not enough bonafide evidence, but in reality it's because they may feel uncomfortable sending her to you, for ya'll to maybe get married for a year and then her move on and become a USC through other means.

I'd imagine the AOS interview would focus heavily on the prior I864's you've agree'd too.
