The CO does not need to look at anything you bring to the embassy. They review the I-129f petition they get from NVC. A lot of CO's make a decision off the petition alone without anything else. So something is terribly a miss in your story and no info is given about your relationship.

If he truly was rude though and dismissive, then yes you should get a new interview hopefully; but just making the point it's only your side of the story so unfair to the CO.

I remember when waiting in line for the interview the CO was basically yelling at a guy but he was speaking slowing and very clearly, The CO was asking him questions like have you been to the USA and he answered Yah. when have you been to the USA. and he answered Yah again,. So I saw the CO was just getting frustrated and then ask him do you understand English and again he answered Yah, his petitioner was there with him and he answered questions without saying yah and they where approved. The couple that was waiting ahead of us looked back and said I hope we don't get that rude man, and my fiancee agreed and said I pray we don't get him as the interviewer. That CO will always be remember as the rude CO by my fiancee and she was just happy we didn't get him.

This is my best though about this process I think they generally have a good idea when you get to the interview if they will approve you or not. For the interview they looking for discrepancies and red flags, all you need to do is answer the question honestly, don't offer anything they never asked for.

I understand it is a nail biting process, and if that CO was wrong all you can do is follow the advise as everyone has said here.

Really sorry to hear about your case but I want to mention three points here:
1. The visa process is not like going to a grocery store, spend some money and bring the things of your choice. US visa process is one of the world's most difficult visa to get and it's scrutiny is the toughest. They do not utter a word without having proof of some kind.

2. I am sorry to tell you that US is not issuing K1 visa's to any Pakistani citizen. (The question as to how I know about this K1 visa is because my lawyer who is in the US told me so)

3. The only solution for you is to call you fiance to Pakistan, get married, collect solid proof, and then apply for the spouse visa.

hope it helps

Thank you

Khan

That's not true they are issuing K1 visas to Pakistanis. As long as the relationship is legit there is no reason for them not to issue one.(As for how i know i went through the process myself a while back )

You definitely need to change your lawyer

The US issued 21 K-1 visas to Pakistan nationals in Feb. 2019. https://travel.state.gov/content/dam/visas/Statistics/Non-Immigrant-Statistics/MonthlyNIVIssuances/FEBRUARY 2019 - NIV Issuances by Nationality and Visa Class.pdf

Then 25 in January 2019.

The trend has continued for years. Your lawyer is making stuff up.

Is it very difficult to get a K-1 from Pakistan? Yes. It's a tough embassy. Would I recommend a K-1 in general for Pakistan? No. But many people have done the K-1 path successfully.
