I did send an email to the embassy requesting for another interview as the interviewer was unfair and he was very rude and arrogant and I still didn't get any reply from them.

They will get back to you. wish you all the best.

No doubt there is a long and complicated back story, ignoring that the K1 will be returned to die.

The obvious option, the one for you to be together asap is for the Petitioner to be the one to move.

You're doing all you can by contacting the embassy and explaining the harsh treatment and asking for consul general review and hope for another interview.  If that is granted then go to the second interview and hope for an approval.  If denied then your best next steps would be to get married and file for a CR-1 spousal visa, spend more time together to show bona fide relationship.  CR-1 takes about 14 months.  Islamabad is notorious as a very tough embassy to get K-1 approvals.  So sorry you were treated this way, but your visa journey is not over.  If you are determined to be together keep trying and if necessary get married and apply for a CR-1, you'll eventually be together.  Good luck!

thank you so much for your advice :(

Cr1 will take a long time and will not resolve the underlying issue.

Think people need to remember, this is one side of the story, only the OP's. What someone claims to be rude doesn't necessarily mean someone else would find it to be rude.

Also we don't know anything about the OPs case or their relationship story. It could be ripe with red flags and false information and the CO simply called the OP out openly about it.

We don't know. So before trying to just jump on the CO, who is an American doing a job over there, let's just relax a little bit.

Plus OP hasn't come back to even clarify anything so.

He was rude because he was not looking at the documents at all and he did not listen to what I was saying, for every statement I was making, he was continuously saying that Iam lying without seeing the evidence I had. If you are saying that he was doing his job, then his job was to listen to me patiently and to see the documents I have. He just cannot continuously say that the person is lying.

I mentioned above, your Fiancee needs to move.

just hang on tight like others have mentioned since you already emailed the embassy, wait and see if you get a second interview otherwise wait and see what the reason for denial is.  good luck

Where does a reason for denial come in the process?

It will have been reviewed internally before returned.
