My mother is schedule for interview April 5, 2019 but she has to undergo sputum and pulmo eval and the release of result is after 2 months.

Can she show up in the interview without medical results? Coz im afraid if she didnt show up in her interview date will cause a big problem.

NO!    Cancel the interview.

Then reschedule once the medical has been completed.

Contacting the Embassy
Manila Visa Information and Appointment Service center hotlines at (632) 548-8223, (632) 792-8988.
The center is open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (Manila time), except on Philippine and U.S. holidays.

Callers in the U.S should call (703) 520-2235 on its Eastern Standard Time equivalent of operation hours.

I mean, why? She wouldn't get approved anyway. Just reschedule.

Medical exams are very important. The Philippines still has a TB problem which is why there are many sputum testing that occur with immigrants who come for there.

TB is a serious health risk and your mother never be approved without the results of the medical. Best to reschedule.

Slec said they will email and notify the embassy that the applicant is for sputum test... Is that mean the interview is already canceled? And i called appointment service center to re schedule and they told me to log on to ustraveldocs to reschedule an interview. Is that mean its already canceled?

And also there's no open slot and been told to check it for time to time...

If SLEC stated that they contacted the embassy then yes .. they already cancelled the interview ... DO NOT reschedule until the medical is completed
