Send an email to

NVCExpedite@state.gov

NVC will send the expedite request to the Embassy and they will decide whether to accept it or not.  They are very accommodating to expedite requests.  They are not as strict as USCIS.

It depends and thats why you have to do it one at a time.

If you pay all together,it gets delayed a bit.

Its best to pay for the beneficiary first and then the Petitioner later.

I wish you all the best. I submitted the Affidavit of support, but still working on the DS260. NVC had a problem with withdrawing the money from my account, but I see this morning, they were able to deduct the (120+325), but still disable. I am not able to submit the DS-260 yet.

It can take anywhere from 2-7 days to show as paid.  Supposedly this can depend on your bank.  Mine only took 2 days to change to paid (03/06/219- 03/08/2019), but it is variable.  Three days as you have said is still 'normal' and NVC will tell you to wait at least 7 days for the payment to change to paid. Good luck.

Thank you .

Any idea how long it takes NVC to process DS-260, affidavit of support, and Civil documents. I submitted all of them.

I am wondering too.  We are expedited and all the files have been submitted with CEAC still showing Action Required: Submit Documents...I don't know what to do.  It is just sitting there without any real verification that they received them.  It shows submitted, completed and paid but there has been no movement at all for a week.

No clue what you are talking about here.  There are two fees.  First is the fee to evaluate the affidavit of support.  Second is the visa application fee.  Neither is called "pay for the beneficiary" or "pay for the petitioner.
