Texas Service Center (SRC) I-130 Filers

Timeline

I could not find a general forum for all the Texas Service Center filers to come together and share their progress. This will give us TSC filers a general idea of what dates they are currently working on. My timeline is in my signature. Good luck to everyone, keep us up to date on your progress!

Timeline

Filed via Chicago lock box. NOA was received by a phone call to uscis, no hard copy yet. My service center is Texas Service center. I hear this people are quiet slow. But we are hopeful.

 

I'll update my journey eventually..

Yes, I had submitted an inquiry on March 02,2019 and  it has been assigned to the officer for review. They generally have 30 days to respond from the day they received the inquiry.

Hope you hear good news soon, sometimes the website is not updated and the NOA2 will just show up in the mail.

15th August 2018: I-130 Payment taken

23rd August 2018: NOA1 Received

Are you putting your priority date/received date instead of the notice date?

03/04/2019: Mailed I-130 Form to Phoenix lockbox.

03/06/2019: USCIS receives application/priority date.

03/08/2019: Credit card charge went pending.

03/12/2019: NOA1 Text – routed to SRC.

03/16/2019: NOA1 Physical Mail (Notice date 3/11/2019).

08/15/2019: NOA2 Email and Text.

08/20/2019: NOA2 Physical Mail.

08/30/2019: Case sent to NVC.

09/10/2019: NVC received case.

10/04/2019: Received email case creation and paid AOS & IV fees.

10/09/2019: Uploaded and submitted all documents required to NVC.

10/17/2019: Received email that there was a change on our case. I checked and all documents were approved.

10/18/2019: Received email that we are Documentarily Qualified.

10/24/2019: Received immigrant visa interview appointment via email.

PD 8/8/19

RFE 3/21/19 waiting for it to arrive, hoping it’s something simple. 

 

TSC seems to be working through Aug. Lots of RFE’s going out. And some approvals.
