Visa package lost at POE

So after 9 months

of waiting for the my parents GC 

finally got an answer 

the package was lost at the POE

 

has anyone been thru this?

So they arrived in the US without the packet?

This has happened before. I can't remember all them but one had to redo the medical because that was the only thing not found. You can try the search on here and find others.

Sorry guys , 

so they arrived with the package 

port of entry was Texas 

so the package never left Texas 

Or was lost in route from Texas to USCIS

Contact the POE, speak with the shift supervisor, explain, and have them start a trace plus implement whatever other internal procedures they have.  Get names of everyone to whom you speak.  If this doesn't bear fruit, involve your Congressman's office.
