As noted, there are some countries where they look closely at tattoos for gang association.

SLEC (in Philippines) may also require a psychological evaluation.

But your circumstances doesn't raise any concerns that I can think of...you should be fine.

Are you not already adjusting status here in the US?  That is what your profile says.

I am waiting to send my AOS package ( all prepared but 2018 taxes ) , here in the US - there was no other option to put on my profile, but will post all the details on time . Right now overthinking everything.

Your tattoo style is fairly common, especially in the upper Midwest. You'll be just fine. 👍

I don't think I can even go out without running into someone with Norse tattoos, myself included.

I don’t think you need to worry about this. I immigrated and I have a full body suit including many face tattoos and hand tattoos and I haven’t been asked my tattoos even once. A few officers have told me they like them but I have not had to explain myself at all. My husband is American and he also has a ton of tattoos including face, throat and hands and we have had 0 issues!

Yeah for immigration it is fine, it is 2019. Just be prepared for getting looks and comments when you get a job depending on what field you're in and what the dress code at work says...

Again I kindof disagree. I honestly wouldn’t sweat it. I have never had any issues at all working (I used to manage in a pharmaceutical office) and have had full time employment since I’ve been in the USA and I have a full body suit with many visible tattoos. You’re going to be fine with you immigration process :) and you shouldn’t have employment issues (based on my experience) don’t sweat this part!! Everything else is stressful enough! I have not received any direct negativity on my journey at all. Except from some random ####### on the street telling me I’m too pretty to be too tattooed. But that’s nonreflection of the general population.

You got this :)
