I just got the email last night that the Embassy accepted our expedite request. We just got our NVC case number yesterday and they said they will forward the petition as soon as the fees are paid. We just submitted less than 6 months ago. This is amazing.

Outstanding!!    With the embassy accepting the expedite you should get a quick interview date.

Heck I'm expecting you to get an April date with the expedite.

Rose already has her CFO certificate so there is only PDOS for the kids

We have a copy of her Korean police certificate but the embassy took the original with the K-1. I think that will be the longest wait. They will do that and NBI on Monday. Everything else is in place. If they would accept the Korean copy that would help. She hasn’t been there since the 90s.

It’s a conspiracy.  CEAC is down today. I know it doesn’t matter because they don’t work anyway but I wanted to finish paying the fees. Lol. 2 steps forward and one step back.  I am visiting on April 13 to 21 with my son. It will be his first trip there and I’d love for him to witness the interview process.

Can I ask what reason you gave for the expedite?

Not sure you can get your son in that part of the embassy (IVU)  ... spouse no issues.

In never thought of that. Damn.  I was hoping since he is a US citizen he would be allowed in there.

Kids school. It starts in June in Manila. They go to a school that requires the annual tuition be paid in full in May.

Petitioner only may be allowed at the discretion of the Embassy. Some Embassies let the petitioner in but have to wait in a separate area unless called in to answer a specific question. Some let both interview together and some even not allowed the petitioner in.
