Will N400 denial trigger loss of residency? (merged)

Hubby just had his combo interview last week for ROC and N400. His ROC was approved and he has his new GC now. His N400 has gotten a RFE due to not enough relationship evidence. We've responded with what we have. But if he's denied on the basis of not having enough relationship evidence is he at risk of being deported?

This is... weird. A combo interview and they approved one and not the other? I haven't heard of this one yet.

The lists on the RFE letter were very common thing specially when applying based on 3 years rules (married to US citizen)

We included everything we had on initial application. When we responded to RFE we included all of that again along with everything we accumulated after filing N400.

There was an option to submit it online we did it that way as it's faster.

Well, that'd be my first choice, too. I just thought that due to a glitch it did not go through, based on your earlier comment.

First time it didn't go through. I tried it second time and after 2 hours it went through. During those 2 hours I had to stay up to move the mouse periodically so I wouldn't time out of the uscis website.

I believe the IO in charged to your spouse application was lazy,  if you attached evidences they can just retrieved those evidences and the IO should ask additional evidences the fact your spouse brought some evidences during interview.

Does your spouse offer to the IO the evidences that he brought on his interview?

We sent everything we have on the RFE. I submitted tax returns from the past 3 years, CRPs, leases from the past 3 years, a convention ticket, a couple Co op memberships, and several utility bills. I don't know if that's enough for them I hope it is. It doesn't seem like much to me. We are home bodies. We don't do much besides work and rest at home.

on your husband N-400 snapshot, did you see the list of the evidences that you submitted? that is on the last page of the n-400 application page 21, it will show there the evidences that you attached online.

Unless there is really a system glitch like @Sexyafrican36 mentioned.

Sounds perfect to me (but I'm not the IO, unfortunately).  Fingers crossed you get the notification soon that he was put in line for oath scheduling.

To his interview he brought ALL evidences to interview in a huge binder. He handed binder to IO. IO looked at the binder multiple times but took nothing from it. All he took was a copy of my US passport biographic page and our marriage certificate.
