Hello I'm new to here.

Yesterday I picked my passport with my visa in it!

The interview was so easy and I was stupidly nervous when I went there.

We send first papers around April 2018 and now I finally got the visa. It was hard progress all kind papers and stuff.

Now I just need get tickets to fly and get married.

But I still need find away how to send my stuff over, I got computer, bicycle and chair I would love to mail there. Clothes can go in suitcases I was thinking to take 2-3 suitcases with me. 😬

Just curious when you get married when are you allowed to go back your own country to pick more stuff/see family?

We been together for 10 years.

Finland to Miami 😊

you will not be allowed to leave the US until you have AP/EAD combo card that is taking 4-6 months to get after you send off the AOS papers.

if you leave before that you will not be allowed back in.

There's still AOS to file after getting married.

You are allowed to go back to your country anytime you want.  The problem is returning to the US.  You will not be allowed to enter the US again if you do not have an AP document.

You may apply for AP (and EAD) for free when you file for AOS (or after you file for AOS).  Current estimates for AP/EAD processing is 4 to 6 months after filing.
