So glad you put this together - very helpful! Are you able to tell me how/where you submitted your courier information? This is the first place I'm seeing that listed as something to bring! Thanks!

Hiya! No problem at all, I'm glad that my rudimentary understanding and prep can be helpful!!

The courier information refers to the method in which your Visa will be returned to you. When booking your interview appointment, you will be given the option to use a free courier to a local(ish) depot, or whether to pay for premium delivery to have it brought to your door. I'm going to print it out and bring it with me to the interview, mainly just to be safe and confirm with them that it will definitely be delivered to my address. As far as I know, it isn't required to bring along (since you'll have booked it online etc), but I'm taking a copy regardless.

P does not stand for polio in Tdap. Do you have 2 MMR? And the date is important on Tdap/Td. Just checking because a lot of people say they have everything and don't.

I finally got around to taking a better picture of my vaccination records! I hope these are readable.

✔️ 2 MMR

✔️DTP diphtheria, Tetanus, pertussis and 1 DT booster in 2010 (which takes care of the "within last 10 years")

So if you had chickenpox then Varicella is waived.

And you need a flu shot because you picked a medical date with like 3 days of flu season left. Be sure and get one if you want to be signed off and skip the Civil Surgeon expense and hassle in the US.
