That was my assumption, reasonable to assume if it gets that far the Consulate will be checking marriage dates.

SB1 does require a medical so no doubt his medical situation will be covered by that.

I am pretty sure that he will be denied his entry at the POE. I am planning to apply him SB1 (DS117)
