Any cases for March 2019 Filers of I-130 for Parents IR5 of U.S Citizens?

Me. I sent the paperwork for my father’s petition to the Phoenix lockbox via usps priority mail March 8, tracking says it arrived March 11 but the check is not cashed yet. I hope I did it right 🤔

Hi there,

Welcome. Probably we might have same time.

Friday, I received text message for receipt # and it stated March 11, 2019 USCIS received it.  The case will be Potomac case because the first three letters is YSC.

I’m filling for both my mother and father.

I didn’t get any communication (letter or text) from uscis yet. I just saw them cashed the check Friday. Yikes! It’s nice to have someone with the same time line. And mine is just for my father, my mother passed away in 2011z Keep in touch! 😊

Did you include G-1145, E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance - USCIS? Thi form allow USCIS text or send you email when the case touched.

Hi everyone!

USCIS received both of my parents I-130 on Feb 20th. I'm joining this discussion because I don't think I saw any other one for February.

Hi there,

Welcome!!

Do you know what your parents service center is? My parents are Potomac because the first three letter is YSC.

Good luck to you!

Hi everyone, I have question please in filling out I-130 for my mom. I am planning to send her papers before the end of March. Do I need to put my Alien Registration Number even if I'm already a naturalized citizen?. Your input is highly appreciated. Thanks in advance and good luck to all!

I would put it in , yes. You were issued with one. It will be visible on your file ... the question has no exclusions ... it doesn’t say “unless you are now a USC”
