Help about visa package

This morning my visa and yellow envelope arrived. some worries with yellow envelope. There is a 10cm tear on the side of the yellow envelope. Damaged in cargo. Is this a problem?
My second question. Do not seal on cover of yellow envelope. Just a sticker. Stiker doesn't have a consulate seal on them. Some friends think this should be the seal on the yellow envelope. Do we have any idea, or was there a seal on your envelopes? I'm sorry for my concerns. I just want to make sure everything is good.

I doubt it would be a problem as long as the damage is not large enough to remove any documents, but if you want peace of mind, you can go back to the consulate and ask them to re-package it for you.  I don't know about needing an official seal, if this is what the consulate sent you then I don't see there being any issues.

10 CM is not an issue. No sticker is required. Pack the envelope in a plastic bag and store it in your personal carry on luggage. Be prepared to hand it over to Immigration at your POE. Your fine.

No seal required in fact I know of no embassy that follows that process.
