Getting medical records in the UK

If push comes to shove ill just have to print this out and hope its enough. I dont know what else I can do at this point.

 

This is exactly what i've been given access too, along with my full medical records bizarrely. I think i'm going to have to take both to the medical and hope that all bases are covered.

I just contacted Knightsbridge with a copy of the report above, and theyre saying its enough.... well ok then !

This is what they said

 

"Thank you for your medical , this seems fine but it will need to be checked by the doctor "

 

hopefully this was a response from someone who knows what theyre talking about !

Ok, let us know how you get on. I suspect mine won't be until mid April. Fingers crossed everything goes ok for you.
