Hi everyone,

I am an American citizen and a petitioner for my spouse, Can I fill out online ds 260 form in behalf my spouse(beneficiary)?

thank you

Yes, in fact the vast majority of beneficiaries chooses the petitioner (the obvious choice) as the representative (I believe on the DS261?) to do all the paperwork
