I didn't received the deportation papers. SO, i requested for the papers but i only got the deportable record, and didn't get the Sworn statement which includes the conversation between me and the CBP officer. DO you think should i wait for the Sworn statement too? It will take around a month to get that paper.

Presumably you already know what you said in the sworn statement and can relay that to your lawyer.

SO, i talked to one lawyer and he said that i can file waiver I-212 on Humanitarian Ground

You certainly can do that, I 212 has been mentioned many times.

Update please. Its been 4 months. What did you decide to do?

When I planned to give interview. I ordered all the required paperworks. I ordered a new i20 for Spring 2020 because since these processes takes a lot of time. But when I tried to book interview in the first week of August, while filling the DS-160 form, due to some problem i couldn't book for visa interview for Fall 2019 because I have Spring 2020 i20. The Statement said-"F1 Applicants : Interview date scheduled should be  within 120 days  from the Start of the Program, and Not earlier."

 

So, All I can do is wait for Spring 2020 interviews and give interview and ask them to speed up my processing.
Also, the interview is for "Consent to reapply" not for visa interview.

Hi, I just got deported beacause of acadamic dishonesty. 

I want to know how long does the result come out when you submit I-212 form. 

Also, did you have i-20 first then applied for I-212 OR you just applied it without  i-20.

Hey El Paso Thanks for updating us. Im in the same situation as you except it happened in March 2015. I hadnt worked off campus illegally or anything but my sevis had been cancelled without me knowing while i was on leave of absence. Any way every attempt ive made since then to continue my studies States side failed. This includes waivers, and lawyers ($$$$), petitions etc. My ban is up in March and Im lucky that the school has held my place so that i can finally finish my degree. Like you Ill be applying for fall 2020 in May. Soooo you're not alone! Please keep updating this I have my own thread if you want to read my story.
