Haven't heard from them :(

Hello!

I'm sorry if this is a silly question or the wrong place to post but I was wondering if someone could give me a bit of insight.

I submitted the K1 visa back in late October/early November last year 2018 and I haven't heard back from the lockbox or the other.

No notification or email has been sent, just nothing at all.

I'm not sure where to go from here. I've sent an email to them but no response. Would it worth re sending the package again?

Thank you!

Did they cash your check or money order, or credit card form. If not then they haven't received your petition and I would work on tracking it to make sure it was delivered.

Here on a K1? Need married and a Certificate in hand within a few hours? I'm here to help. Come to Vegas and I'll marry you Vegas style!!   Visa Journey members are always FREE for my services. I know the costs involved in this whole game of immigration, and if I can save you some money I will!

No, nothing has taken out of account and I checked the tracking receipt and it says it's been delivered.

Since then it's just been a few months of nothing.

If your petition has been delivered since October/early November, and your check or money order was not cashed you will definitely need to re-submit your petition.

Yeah they would have cashed the check very quickly.

It must have gone missing or something.

I would submit again.

Where did you mail your petition.

Have you tried calling them?

You didn't attach a G1145 notification form?

Call them tomrrow and inquire.

You need to call!!! No emails call tomorrow morning.. My fiancé submitted our documents on December 31 and we didn’t heard anything that was really awkward someone here told me we need to call them, we did it. Something was wrong with my fiancé address, we’re now waiting for the noa1.. When my fiancé call them they give him the receipt number
