Anybody here who experienced after submitting the document they need from 221g, and waited for quite sometime, suddenly the case created date was changed?

Yes, does it now say nonimmigrant Visa at the top?

YMMV

It is normal. Are you Non-Immigrant now on CEAC?

Not a newbie but lost my old info years ago) I have been through this process before --all the way through naturalization-- This site has always been a great help to me.

Yes, but does the top of the notice now indicate nonimmigrant?  Read it  closely

Quite normal for the date to change, that simply means someone has opened your case file.   If all is now good with your application you will be seeing ISSUED eventually.  And as was noted by others it will change from Immigrant to Non-Immigrant visa eventually as well.

@payxibkayes it says non immigrant on top of the Admin processing. Am not sure if that is what you meant though

That is exactly what I meant.  It means they have reviewed you additional documents and have approved the visa

YMMV

The date changing on your case file does not mean it is approved .. until your status shows ISSUED the fat lady hasn't sung.

The date change and flipping from immigrant to nonimmigrant means exactly that the consular has approved the application as submitted subject to final administration .  It's the same as the consular saying your approved at the window and handing you the pamphlet

After ISSUED it can be 2 days before the visa package is released to 2GO,  so you are looking at 5-10 business day before the visa package is in hand.   If picking up at 2GO MOA it can be a couple days quicker.
